What Our Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on laky9 or by accessing, browsing, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and laky9. If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms.

laky9 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email where possible.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the laky9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only). laky9 operates strictly as an adult platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the laky9 platform.

laky9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious violation and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features on the laky9 platform, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during onboarding. laky9 relies on the accuracy of this information to process withdrawals, verify identity, and prevent fraud. Any discrepancies may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

Identity Verification (KYC)

laky9 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be asked to provide documentation including:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

laky9 supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform must comply with the following rules.

Deposits

Deposits can be made through supported methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

laky9 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met. Please note:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• laky9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is any indication of fraudulent activity or policy violation linked to the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Unused bonus funds will expire after the stated validity window.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. laky9 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the laky9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of laky9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any laky9 content is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from laky9. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in civil or criminal liability.

8. Responsible Gaming

Our liability in any event shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. laky9 aims to resolve all disputes amicably through our customer support team in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedures. laky9 does not accept jurisdiction from specific national courts for disputes arising from use of this platform.
